Producer Maxim Fadeev sued for compensation of 9.5 million rubles to the former managing metropolitan residential complex "Triumph Palace" Yuri Izotov, he cheated when buying property.
This was reported by RIA Novosti in Moscow Khoroshevskoye court.
The lawsuit states that the Izotov sold Fadeev, whose studio is located in a residential complex, 150 square meters of non-residential premises for 500 thousand dollars, having no right to do so. In addition, the producer sold the room is a place of public use of tenants and could not be the object of the transaction.
Fadeev needs to recover from Izotov 9.5 million rubles.
